This month has produced some large smooth hammerhead sharks, as well as some mako sharks. As we head into late summer and fall shark fishing should just get better! We typically have the warmest water temperatures of the year in August. As it begins to cool off in September and October more mako sharks and blue sharks will pass through San Diego waters, so get your fall trip on the books now!
